We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team at our Boviteq Madison, WI Office.  In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the positive and professional relationships Semex & Boviteq have built with our global customers, breeders, distributors, and partners.  


Responsibilities:


  • Providing Bull performance data
  • Finalize invoices
  • Data entry
  • Ordering Semen for Customers
  • Preparing paperwork for the lab
  • Assisting customers, troubleshooting issues and taking customer payments

Qualifications:


  • Customer service experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous animal agriculture experience is a plus
