We are actively seeking a relationship-oriented, motivated individual to join our sales team in the Indiana/Michigan area.  Using Semex sales tools and technology, you will develop and grow partnerships with our customers by listening to their needs, showing the value of our products and programs and seeking solutions to help their operations be more profitable.  As a Strategic Account Manager you will deliver value-added genetic solutions and programs while increasing sales volume.


Along with enthusiasm and experience in the dairy industry, qualified candidates will have exceptional customer relations and communication skills. You must be a self-starter, results oriented and driven by developing win-win solutions. At least 3-5 years of sales experience required and a Bachelor degree in Agriculture is preferable.  In depth genetic knowledge and familiarity with dairy management software programs are considered assets. Considerable travel will be required.
